Made in the traditional style of the English ‘Sloe’ gin, Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin showcases a unique rainforest fruit native to the subtropical region of Byron Bay, the Davidson Plum. Expect exhilarating flavours of rose, watermelon, and bright plum.
Just as it sounds AUSTRALIAN GREEN ANT GIN is made with an extra special ingredient, green ants. On inspection of the bottle you will find a few floating around or if you’re lucky enough one might find it’s way into your glass. The ants are a unique twist, however it’s the combination of botanicals native to Australia that make this superb gin one of our best sellers.

Hartshorn Distillery is a new Tasmanian micro distillery making boutique batches of Vodka and Gin from their own sheeps whey (a biproduct of Grandvewe Cheeses) The resulting distillate has a delicately sweet bouquet and extremely smooth finish, thanks to the dairy influence and traditional aging methods.
