Original - Dry Gin
A traditional dry gin with native Australian botanicals & an ability to put stuff off until tomorrow. Soft, rounded and expressive, it’s a traditional dry gin with a local flavour; and naturally gluten free. The best thing is someone else has done all the hard work — just let the coast spirit shine.
Original - Vodka
A pure, clear, volcanic rock-filtered vodka with a short memory for bad days. There’s something special about the Sunshine Coast — the freedom, simplicity and a sense of clarity.It’s pure, fresh and crystal clear — like a great vodka. Pot-distilled in the hinterland rainforest, our vodka is gravity filtered through millennia old volcanic rock, sourced on the Sunshine Coast — a filtration method simply incomparable to any other, giving our Vodka more texture and structure through out the Spirit. It’s also naturally gluten free.
Barrel Aged Gin
This limited release, golden-amber beauty is the result of our Original Dry Gin taking a 3 month sleep in French wine oak soaked in sherry, creating an aroma of dried botanicals joined at the hip with fresh vanilla and coconut. It's just as happy to be served neat or with a large ice cube as it is being experiemented with in cocktails - creating new and exciting variations of old classics like the Old Fashioned, and sours.
